Dinner is a time for recovery, rest and conviviality. When tourists are few, the teams gather in the kitchen to prepare the meal.
On the menu : potatoes with local herbs and garlic. At the end of a trek, the evening sometimes turns into small celebrations to which guests are invited. The radio cassette player crackles at full volume, songs rise into the night, dances are improvised, and beer is shared until late.
