Everest Glacier continues its transformation, slowly flowing from “Camp I” down to Everest Base Camp, where expedition teams are stationed.
It then continues its descent, stopping just below the village of Dughla.
The chaotic mass called the “moraine” — a mixture of ice and shattered rocks torn from its edges over time — is crossed on a rusty steel bridge, like a flowing river.
